If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
DriveION is a vehicle management application that helps users:
- Track vehicles and maintenance
- View publicly available vehicle recall information
- Receive AI-assisted insights, maintenance suggestions, and project ideas
- Store photos, notes, and vehicle-related data locally on the device
DriveION does not provide professional mechanical, legal, or safety advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DriveION. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information to the best of your knowledge
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
4. AI-Assisted Features Disclaimer
DriveION may provide AI-generated insights, recommendations, or suggestions. These are:
- Informational only
- Based on available data and patterns
- Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific vehicle
Always verify maintenance actions or modifications with qualified professionals.
5. Vehicle Recalls and Third-Party Data
The App may display recall or vehicle information sourced from publicly available government databases or third-party APIs.
- We do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy
- You are responsible for verifying recall status with manufacturers or official sources
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all vehicle data, photos, and content you enter into DriveION.
By using the App, you grant us permission to process this data solely to provide app functionality.
We do not sell user data.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, app design, and software associated with DriveION are owned by SIM.10 Technology LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
8. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Update these Terms as needed
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- DriveION is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including vehicle damage, financial loss, or reliance on AI suggestions
10. Termination
You may stop using DriveION at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
